Individual guests book on kolayseyahat.com, corporate clients from their company dashboards. We decide together where and for which companies you appear.
Price and calendar control
Set your net prices, availability, minimum stay and cancellation rules in the dashboard. Bulk changes over a date range take seconds.

How you get paid
We agree together which option applies to your property; it can be both.
Online payment
The guest pays by card at booking; the card is charged once you confirm. Your net amount is paid to your account regularly after the stay.
Pay at property
The guest pays you for the stay. At month end you receive a commission statement for completed stays, which you can review and dispute.

Operating licence or permit, tax details, authorised person ID; a bank account for online payment.
Villa, house, apartment
A short-term rental permit or registration number (shown on your page), plus ID and tax details.
FAQ
What is the commission rate?
The rate is set individually for each property and confirmed to you in writing before sales start. Bookings from your own page can have a separate rate.
My property isn’t listed. Can I still add it?
Yes. Choose “Not listed, add new” and enter your address and location yourself.
When can I change my prices?
Any time; changes go live immediately. Very large reductions pass a short check to prevent mistakes.
What happens when a booking arrives?
You get an email and WhatsApp notification and reply “Available” or “No availability” in one tap. With your confirmation, the guest receives a confirmation document.
Can my team also use the dashboard?
Yes. You can add staff as manager, front desk or accounting; only the owner sees bank details.
Do villas and homes need a permit?
Yes. In Türkiye, homes without a tourist rental permit number (Law 7464) cannot be listed; the number is shown on your page. Elsewhere, the local registration number is required.
