Distance Sales Agreement
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, this agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for flight and hotel sales on kolayseyahat.com.

Subject
The sale and delivery of the flight ticket and/or hotel stay you buy on kolayseyahat.com. Its main features (flight and passenger details, or hotel, room, dates and guests), the total price (including taxes and any service fee) and the cancellation and refund terms are shown before payment and become part of the agreement when you confirm.
Payment and delivery
Payment is by credit or debit card; corporate customers may use the company account. Flights are delivered as an e-ticket and hotel stays as a booking voucher, sent to your email and shown on your booking page.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation and transport services due on a specific date or period. Cancellations and refunds follow the airline fare rules and hotel cancellation policy shown before payment (Cancellation and Refund Terms).
Disputes
The buyer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence or of the transaction, within the monetary limits set yearly by the Ministry of Trade.
Entry into force
By confirming this agreement electronically at payment, the buyer declares having received the pre-contract information and accepting the agreement. The Turkish version prevails.
