By booking flights or hotels on kolayseyahat.com you accept the terms below. Please read them before you book.
1. What we provide
- Domestic and international flight search, comparison and purchase.
- Hotel and accommodation bookings worldwide.
- Handling cancellation, refund and change requests under the airline's and hotel's rules.
- A corporate travel management dashboard for companies.
- Customer support on weekdays 09:00–18:00 (Turkey time). For emergencies on active flight and hotel bookings, 24/7 support on the dedicated phone line shown on your booking screen.
Individual visa services are offered at kolayseyahat.net; kolayseyahat.com does not sell visa services.
2. Your responsibilities
- Enter names, ID or passport and contact details exactly as on your documents. Fees caused by incorrect names are the traveller's.
- Check and obtain the passport, visa and entry documents your trip requires.
- Follow the airline's and hotel's baggage, check-in and arrival rules.
3. Cancellations, refunds and changes
Cancellations, refunds and changes follow the airline's fare rules and the hotel's cancellation policy, shown before you buy. Non-refundable tickets and rooms are not refunded. For changes, the airline's or hotel's penalty and any fare difference apply; Kolay Seyahat may add a handling fee, shown before the change. See Cancellation and Refund Terms.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are those available at the time of search. Until payment is complete, the airline or hotel may change price or availability; if it changes, you see it before paying. The payment page shows the total including taxes and any service fee. Card details are processed by a licensed payment institution and are not stored on our systems.
5. Personal data
We process personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK). See the privacy notice.
6. Disputes
Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence or of the transaction, within the monetary limits set yearly by the Ministry of Trade. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Gebze have jurisdiction.
