Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you use kolayseyahat.com, why, and how we protect it. Details on personal data processing are in the privacy notice (KVKK).

When we collect information

When you book a flight or hotel.
When you create and use an account.
When you contact us by phone, email or the contact form.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, if you consent.

How we protect it

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
Card details are processed by a licensed payment institution and not stored on our systems.
Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent; change your choice any time via "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share only what a booking needs with the airline, hotel and payment institution, and with authorised bodies when the law requires.

Cookies and ad measurement

Besides strictly necessary cookies, measurement and advertising tools from Google, Microsoft and Meta run on this site. Before you make a cookie choice, Google and Microsoft tools measure without cookies; the Meta pixel also loads and sets its own cookie. If you choose "Reject", the Meta and Microsoft tools stop; Google tools keep running without cookies. If you choose "Accept all", a hashed (encrypted) form of your email address and phone number is sent to Meta for ad measurement when your booking is completed. These providers are located abroad. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the site.

Maps

The interactive maps on trip-program and hotel pages are drawn with map images (map tiles) loaded from the tile servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) at tile.openstreetmap.org; these servers are located abroad. When a map loads, your browser sends these servers your IP address and browser details (browser type and version, the address of the referring site), so this information is transferred abroad. OpenStreetMap sets no cookies for these requests. A map loads only when you reach the map section of the page or open the map. The trip-program map does not use your location.

Changes

We may update this policy and will announce significant changes on the site.
