Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kolay Seyahat, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below you will find our cancellation and refund policies for flight tickets, hotel reservations, and visa consultancy services.

1. Flight Ticket Cancellation and Refund

• Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the airline's rules and conditions.
• Promotional (discounted) tickets may not be refundable or may incur deductions.
• Flexible fare tickets may be fully or partially refundable per airline policies.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure.
• Full refund rights are reserved for flights cancelled or changed by the airline.
• Refund process is completed within 5-15 business days after airline approval.

2. Hotel Reservation Cancellation and Refund

• Free cancellation terms vary by hotel policy and are specified at the time of booking.
• Cancellations after the free cancellation period are subject to penalties set by the hotel.
• Non-refundable rate reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• No refund is provided for no-show cases.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

3. Visa Consultancy Cancellation and Refund

• A 14-day right of withdrawal is available before the service begins, per Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
• Service fee is non-refundable once the visa application has been submitted to the consulate.
• If cancelled after a consulate appointment has been scheduled, a partial refund may be given after deducting incurred costs.
• Visa application rejection does not entitle a refund of the consultancy service fee.
