Pricing Policy
The payment page shows the total and its breakdown, including taxes and any service fee. No charge is added at the payment step.
1. Flights
- Fares are set by airlines and change with availability. If the price changes before payment completes, you see it before paying.
- Service fee: a service fee may apply on top of the fare; if it does, it is shown separately in the ticket details and included in the total.
- Baggage and extras: some airlines charge for baggage, seats and meals. What each fare includes (such as baggage and refundability) is shown before you buy.
- Cancellations and changes: charges follow the airline's fare rules. Kolay Seyahat may add a handling fee, shown before the transaction.
2. Hotels
- The price shown is the total for your dates, guests and room.
- In some cities, accommodation, city or tourist taxes and resort fees are not charged at booking and are paid at the hotel. Where known, they are shown before you book.
- The free cancellation deadline is shown with date and time; cancellations before it are refunded in full. Non-refundable rates are not refunded.
3. Corporate customers
- Companies with an agreement can pay for flights and hotels through a company account, settled on the agreed terms.
- Spending limits and approval workflows can be set per person and department in the dashboard.
4. Currency and payment
- The charge currency is shown on the payment page. For foreign-currency payments your bank may apply foreign-transaction or exchange fees.
- Card payments are taken through a licensed payment institution, with 3D Secure verification when required; card numbers are not stored on our systems.
