Sell your hotel, airline and visa agreements to each client
Define the rates you negotiated per client company. Your contracted hotel comes first in your client's search; you sell at your own price.
Agreement types
Contracted hotel rates
Nightly rates by room type and board; single, double and extra-person prices; your net cost and margin side by side. Match the hotel from the list or add it manually.
Hotel confirmation
The confirmation goes to the hotel from the panel; if it is full or the price differs, you offer the client an alternative or a new price.
Corporate airline agreements
The client's corporate code, discount rate and validity dates.
Visa price list
Fixed prices by country and visa type; per client, either a quote for each request or the agreed price. You close the request when the application is done.
Frequently asked questions
Do other clients see my negotiated rate?
No. Only the employees of the client company you defined it for can see it.
Can I set a separate commission for contracted hotels?
Yes. Contracted hotels are a separate product in your commission rules.
What if the hotel turns out to be full?
You offer your client an alternative from the panel; if the price changed, you have the new price approved.
