How to Book a Flight on Kolay Seyahat, Step by Step

Buying a flight ticket on Kolay Seyahat takes a few minutes. This guide walks you through the screens in the order you will see them.

1. Search for your flight

On the flights page, choose where from, where to, the departure date, a return date if needed, and the number of passengers, then search. Select adults, children and infants separately; child and infant fares vary by airline.

2. Compare the results

Each result shows departure and arrival times, duration, number of stops and the airline. Use the stops and airline filters to show only direct flights or specific airlines, and sort by “Cheapest”, “Fastest” or “Best option”. Prices include taxes and are the total for the passengers you selected.

3. Choose your fare package

Many airlines offer several packages for the same flight: a basic fare with cabin baggage only, a fare with checked baggage, or a flexible fare that allows changes and refunds. You pick the package on the results page, and the booking step does not ask again. Read the baggage allowance and change/refund rules before choosing.

4. Enter passenger details

For each passenger we ask for first name, surname and date of birth. Domestic flights in Türkiye need a Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens; international flights need passport details. Enter names exactly as in the ID or passport: a name error usually means a paid change. With several passengers, the form takes you to the next passenger once one is complete. You also enter the e-mail address and phone number for the ticket here.

5. Payment

The payment screen shows your flight summary and the total. You may have two options:

• Pay by card now: card payments are verified by your bank through 3D Secure. Your ticket is issued once payment completes.
• Reserve now, pay later: if you are signed in and the airline allows it, your seat and fare are held without payment for the time the airline gives. The deadline is shown on screen and in your e-mail. Pay from My Bookings before it ends; if time runs out the booking is released and nothing is charged.

6. Your ticket arrives by e-mail

Once ticketed, your e-ticket and PNR arrive by e-mail. You can later view and download the ticket on the booking lookup page with your PNR and surname. The confirmation e-mail also includes the airline’s online check-in link.
