Two-step sign-in
After the password, a one-time code goes to the work e-mail; it is valid for ten minutes and cancelled after five wrong attempts. On a device marked as trusted it is not asked again for 30 days.
Session timeout
An idle session closes by itself.
Screens by role
Employee, manager, finance and company admin see only the screens for their own work; finance cannot book, employees cannot change policies.
Audit log
Requests, approvals, rejections and cancellations; wallet movements; employee and role changes; policy and settings updates; sign-ins and sign-outs. Filter and download as CSV. Each request also keeps its own history.
You decide what is shared
Hide prices from employees, switch off WhatsApp notifications company-wide, switch off the AI assistant.
Privacy notice record
Employees read the privacy notice in the panel; which version they acknowledged and when is recorded.
Employee rights
Employees download their data from their profile, object to processing and request deletion.
Guest data
Guests enter their own details through a form, their consent is recorded and they can delete their data themselves.
