Your rules

Online or pay at property
The guest pays by card and your net amount is paid out regularly; or the guest pays you and you receive a monthly commission statement.
Individual and corporate guests
Once approved, you reach guests on kolayseyahat.com and corporate clients in company dashboards; we agree together where you appear.
What you need
Upload documents during sign-up or save a draft and finish later.
Operating licence
One of: Simple Accommodation Certificate, Tourism Operation Certificate or municipal business licence — number and file.
Tax and ID
National ID for sole traders, tax ID and office for companies; ID of the authorised person.

I don’t have a website. Do I get a page?
Yes. After approval you get your own booking page and QR code to share on WhatsApp and Instagram.
Can guests pay me at the property?
Yes, pay-at-property is available. You receive a monthly commission statement for completed stays and can review and dispute each line.
Can I close a room on certain days?
Yes. Close any day to sale, arrival or departure in the calendar; changes go live immediately.
