Rent the whole villa by the night: you set the price, minimum stay and house rules. In Türkiye a Law 7464 permit number is required for tourist rentals and is shown on your page.
What you can do

A page with your photos, rooms and prices. Share the link and QR code, or add a booking box to your website.
Online or pay at property
The guest pays by card and your net amount is paid out regularly; or the guest pays you and you receive a monthly commission statement.

Law 7464 permit
Number and file of the tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The number starts with the province code.
ID and tax
National ID or tax ID, tax office; ID of the authorised person.
FAQ
I don’t have a permit yet. Can I sign up?
You can open an account and prepare a draft, but homes in Türkiye cannot go on sale without a permit number. Our guide explains the permit process.
I have several villas. Can I list them all?
Yes. Each villa is added as a separate property with its own permit number. If you have several, write to us using the form below and we will plan the setup together.
Who reports guest details?
By law, the permit holder is responsible for guest identity reporting. Guest details of each booking are shown in your dashboard.
