Rent out your house or apartment short term, with a permit
You set the nightly price, available days and house rules; guests book from your own page. In Türkiye a Law 7464 permit number is required; for an apartment, all owners in the building must agree unanimously.

Online or pay at property
The guest pays by card and your net amount is paid out regularly; or the guest pays you and you receive a monthly commission statement.
What you need

Law 7464 permit
Number and file of the tourist rental permit. For an apartment, the permit requires a unanimous decision of the building’s owners.
ID and tax
National ID or tax ID, tax office; ID of the authorised person.
FAQ
Does my whole residential complex have to agree?
By law, in complexes of several buildings, unanimity is required only in the building where the home is.
Can I rent only part of the year?
Yes. Open only the days you are available in the calendar.
Can I do long-term rentals too?
The law’s tourist rental definition covers rentals of up to 100 days at a time. Our platform is for nightly stays.
