Tour marketplace: open your tours to travellers and other agencies
Enter a tour once and open it separately on your own storefront, on kolayseyahat.com and in the B2B catalogue, where other agencies see it at a net price. Customers pay you directly.
What is in the marketplace?
One product, three channels
Storefront, kolayseyahat.com and the B2B catalogue are switched on and off separately; closing a channel stops sales there, sold bookings are unaffected.
Net prices for agencies
In the B2B catalogue other agencies see your tour at its net price; the selling agency sets the customer price.
Review before publishing
On kolayseyahat.com and the B2B channel the first publication is reviewed within 2 working days; material changes such as the programme, cancellation table or a price increase are reviewed again.
The organiser is on every listing
Every tour shows the organising agency and its licence number; your agency profile brings your tours and reviews together.
In-app messages
Before booking, questions arrive as messages; your phone and e-mail open after booking. Notifications carry no message content.
Reviews only from real travellers
Only travellers who completed the tour can review; the score comes only from published reviews, and your reply is public.
Payment straight to you
The customer or the selling agency pays the organising agency directly; the platform fee applies only to completed sales and is invoiced monthly.
Working in the platform today
These modules are live in the Kolay Seyahat agency panel and are the starting point for your project.
Frequently asked questions
Who receives the payment?
The organising agency; payments are not held by the platform and go straight to you. No platform fee applies to cancellations and full refunds.
Which agencies can publish tours?
Package tours go to kolayseyahat.com and the B2B channel from A-group agencies whose licence Kolay Seyahat has verified. B-group agencies can sell tours from the catalogue.
What does the review check?
The programme, inclusions and exclusions, cancellation table and payment plan. A cancellation table that does not meet the refund required by regulation cannot be sent for review.
Can I also sell on my own site?
Yes. The storefront channel is your own site; it is not reviewed and carries no platform fee.
