Guide and field app: the tour day on one phone
Guides, assistant guides and drivers run the day on a screen they open from a personal link; travellers see the programme on their own phones. It is the field side of the tour package module.
What is in the field app?
The guide's day
The next task is one large button; time records and delays come from those buttons automatically.
Roll call and boarding
Tap an empty seat on the seat map, let travellers tap “I'm on board” via QR on their own phone, or search the list.
Programme changes
Change a stop's time, cancel it or move it; a reason is required, and the change is applied or sent for approval by the rules.
Expenses and incident reports
Expenses are entered with a category, amount and receipt photo; incidents are reported separately.
On-bus payments
Partial payments are accepted and the balance is calculated automatically; cash or bank-transfer slip, with a receipt.
Driver screen
Next stop, planned arrival, parking note and directions; one tap for “We've arrived”.
Guest screen
Travellers open it from their personal tour link without signing in: today, programme, map, food and info; it opens in its last state when offline.
Working in the platform today
These modules are live in the Kolay Seyahat agency panel and are the starting point for your project.

Does it work without signal?
The screen opens in its last state; roll-call and QR boarding marks are sent when signal returns. Programme changes need a connection.
